Solfeggio Frequencies

The Six Solfeggio Frequencies include: UT – 396 Hz – Liberating Guilt and Fear RE – 417 Hz – Undoing Situations and Facilitating Change MI – 528 Hz – Transformation and Miracles (DNA Repair) FA – 639 Hz – Connecting/Relationships SOL – 741 Hz – Expression/Solutions LA – 852 Hz – Awakening Intuition Where do these tones come from? According to Professor Willi Apel, the origin of the ancient Solfeggio scale can be traced back to a Medieval hymn to John the Baptist. The hymn has this peculiarity that the first six lines of the music commenced respectively on the first six successive notes of the scale, and thus the first syllable of each line was sung to a note one degree higher that the first syllable of the line that preceded it. Because the music held mathematic resonance, the original frequencies were capable of spiritually inspiring mankind to be more “god-kind”. The original Solfeggio scale was developed by a Benedictine monk, Guido d’Arezzo (c. 991 AD – c. 1050 AD). It ...

Interesting Facts

The world is a fascinating place, and it's full of weird and interesting facts that you might have never realised were true. When we breathe through our nose, we always inhale more air from one nostril than with the other one and this changes every 15 minutes. Basically, anything that melts can be made into glass. You just have to cool off a molten material before its molecules have time to realign into what they were before being melted. It can take a photon 40,000 years to travel from the core of the sun to the surface, but only 8 minutes to travel the rest of the way to earth. The average smartphone user checks Facebook 14 times a day. The world's 100 richest people earned enough money in 2016 to end global poverty four times over. Seventy percent of small businesses are owned and operated by a single person. More people in the world have mobile phones than toilets.

Ability to face unpleasant facts

This is the most vital information for human beings to process right now. Unfortunately, the ego can't and won't do anything with it. I hope this message can penetrate through the masks of as many people as is possible, my own included because I'm 26 years old and it seems very clear to me that I'm surrounded by a lot of madness. It's in my family, my friends, in the strangers I encounter daily, and I get wrapped up in it myself more often than I'd like to. We have to wake up and become fearlessly peaceful and have an open heart if we don't want this human experience to end in "tragedy". Brave New World is a short term prediction which is why it was so spot on, while 1984 is identifying a fundamental trend in human culture, or better yet a fundamental nature of existence. Right now we're Brave New World, once genetic engineering and other forms of fundamentally altering the human body are mastered it's going to start go...

Self respect is the cornerstone of all virtue.

Sometimes you just need to distance yourself from people. If they care, they'll notice. If they don't, you know where you stand. Sometimes people only understand you from their level of knowledge Sometimes the people we've known for a short amount of time have the biggest impact on our lives, even more than those we've known forever. Somebody you may never have met, could have shared their insights and ideas and inspired you instantly. Keep an open mind. Always expand your perspective regarding any new information you receive

Memory - Don't forget to learn

I learn a lot and this is every single day. I learned about stuff in the last week that would make most people’s head spin. So first, what I do is write it down. The act of writing it down, sorting it, helps, then I might write a little piece about it. It’s not always easy to do so. All this writing takes time. If it’s in audio, I’ll listen to it. Once, twice, many times. So why do we forget so much? The brain is not designed to retain everything at full volume. It’s a natural spam filter. To get it to pay attention you have to force it to remember. But yes, the best way to learn is to teach. You’ll have to find a way to write or do something so that you’re forced to teach. In 24 hours, someone has forgotten 75% of what you have just said, and within 30 days forget 90%. Well, I honestly believe it all depends on the learner. Some retain more than others, right? I will try to explain the complexity of human learning. I explain that forgetting depends on many ...
